Rishi Bharadwaj has an indefatigable passion for food and its technical nuances. His journey began as an intern at restaurants in Australia that served local and European cuisines. He turned his passion into his profession by completing his Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu, London. His identifies his signature styles as modern French as well as British cuisine, having trained under chefs with Michelin Star backgrounds. His gastronomic journey in India with Olive Bar & Kitchen. Gradually he earned the reputation of being an honest, creative and versatile chef; the same qualities being mirrored in his refined yet eclectic fare. He signature dish, slow braised pork belly with figs and grain mustard, is inspired by his idol, Marco Pierre White and his famous pig trotters. Rishi expanded his horizons beyond cooking, into management, by helping set-up, open and run the kitchens of two restaurants – Le Bistro du Parc and A Ta Maison (ATM). He now brings together his love for the culinary and management sciences by setting up HolyBelly.
Janeya Khanna’s love affair with Patisserie dates back to when she first experienced the rush of baking while supplying her home made cakes at Christmas Markets during the winters. This rush eventually led her to Le Cordon Bleu, Paris where she trained as a Pâtissière. The time spent in Paris brought out her passion in French pastry and desserts. An artist in the true sense, she loves experimenting with flavours and has created her own unique recipes. Her Valhrona and Pecan-nut Brownies, with a third secret ingredient, have become the widely acclaimed signature HolyBelly dessert. HolyBelly is certainly not her first stint in the food industry. She has prior experience in setting up and developing products for a café chain in Delhi NCR. Janeya is also a thoroughbred HR professional, from the London School of Economics with 6 years of experience at organizations like Aon Hewitt, Bain & Co. and McKinsey & Co.
